She joined the company in 2018 and from that moment the development of this direction began. She knows how to make decisions, be fair and communicative, inspire her team and help achieve common goals. For conscientious work and high-quality performance of official duties, Narmina Balabekova was awarded the Certificates of Merit of Naftagaz-Service and NaftaGaz.

Since 2020, he has been working in the fields at the Zapolyarye project. He achieves high results in his work and helps the close-knit team No.10, where all members direct their efforts to achieve a common goal, to regularly become the winner of the “Best Drilling Crew” rating.

He devoted most of his life to the responsible and difficult profession of an oil industry worker. He has earned authority in the team for his responsiveness and professionalism. He believes that in order to achieve success in any business, you need to know your job well and comply with all labor safety requirements.

Drilling crew No.6 under the leadership of foreman Vitaly Vasilyev was recognized as the best team in 2023. They won the “Best in Profession” corporate skills competition and represented NG-Drilling in a similar competition among Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz contractors. Their portrait is now part of the history of Naftagaz-Drilling.

For more than 6 years, he has been performing electric and gas welding work during the installation and dismantling of drilling rigs, tanks and pipelines in the Far North. A competent specialist, a disciplined, and conscientious worker, who  approaches the solution of tasks with a high level of responsibility. In 2022, he was awarded the Certificate of Merit of the enterprise.

He is active, hardworking, always ready to take on complex tasks and solves them effectively.

Like many others, he began his career in the oil industry as an assistant driller. He joined Naftagaz-Drilling in 2014. Despite all the special features of the work - hard physical labor, climatic conditions, the lack of an urban environment - he does not see himself in another field of activity.

The production maintenance base became Alexander's first professional place of work. During the five years of work, he established himself as a competent and responsive specialist, ready to find the right solution to many production problems. In 2022, he was awarded the Naftagaz-Drilling Certificate of Merit for his personal contribution to the development of the company.

Ivan Petrovich was born in Samara, where he received a diploma of higher education in the specialty of oil and gas well drilling. He began his career in the oil industry as a rig maintenance mechanic. Having become more familiar with the details of natural resource extraction, he realized that he had found his calling and eventually reached the level of a master. Under his leadership, the drilling crew regularly appears among the leaders in the rating of the best drilling crews.

Azamat is taking his first steps in the profession. The knowledge gained at the Oil and Gas Exploration College of Orenburg was excellently applied in practice and Azamat won the “Best in Profession” competition in the first days of work at NaftaGaz

Three years ago, Mikhail Yurievich and his crew joined NaftaGaz. Since then, they have drilled thousands of meters of rocks in the fields of Yamal. Today, his crew are successfully drilling at the Purneftegaz site. Mikhail Yurievich admits that his work has a certain magnetism.

For 7 years, under the leadership of master Farit Yusupov, he has been actively building wells at the Yamal project. He loves his profession for new tasks given every day, for the opportunity to show a steely, masculine character.

Kazimpasa Rasulovich has been repairing autoclaves, pipes, globe valves and other parts and equipment in the mechanical repair shop since 2018. He is very confident and meticulous in his work, his responsiveness and dedication to his work have earned respect and authority among his colleagues. In 2022, he was awarded the Certificate of Merit of NaftaGaz.

He has professional competence and a safe driving style. During 5 years of work in Convoy No.1, he has established himself as a responsible and attentive driver who is careful with the company's vehicles and property. In 2021, he was awarded the Certificate of Merit of NaftaGaz for the successful performance of his professional duties.

Love for nature and geological processes made Gulnara Rafkatovna choose this profession. Today, she is applying her creative and intellectual potential in the development of the fields of the KHANTOS project.   For high professional skills and many years of fruitful work, she was awarded the certificate of honor of Naftagaz-Drilling.

In the crew, Nikolai Alekseevich performs installation, assembly, adjustment and commissioning of electrical equipment. The functioning of the entire well pad depends on how well coordinated his work is. He was twice awarded by the company's management with Certificates of Merit for a conscientious attitude to work.

For more than 8 years, he has been doing an excellent job, quickly analyzing facts, collecting the necessary information and making informed decisions based on this. His personal and professional qualities have earned him authority in the team.

Veronika Sergeevna knows everything about finance. Despite the daily workload in the office, she masterfully combines production activities with confectionery creativity and raising children.  In 2020, she was awarded a certificate of honor from NaftaGaz for her professional achievements.  

Being a graduate of the Novosibirsk State Technical University, he did not even imagine that the snow-white plains of the North would win his heart and he would stay in this frosty region for a long time. In October 2015, he joined Naftagaz-Drilling as the head of the electromechanics group. Thanks to his knowledge and experience, he became Deputy Chief Power Engineer.

He has been working at Naftagaz-Drilling since March 2015. He coordinates the work of the “mini-plant”, which ensures the prompt production of diverse parts, and repairs drilling equipment. He performs his work efficiently and on time, and approaches the solution of tasks with a high level of responsibility.

In 2017, he began his career at NG-Service. Pro-activeness, a vast practical experience, and the ability to find a way out of difficult situations help him to perform work of increased complexity, preventing accidents. In 2021, he was awarded the NaftaGaz Certificate of Merit for high achievements in his professional activities.

His responsibilities include managing the operation of the mechanisms supplying cement to the well, as well as monitoring its quality and properties.  Vladimir Lukyanovich has been doing an excellent job in the service division of NaftaGaz for more than 5 years. For the high level of professional skills, he was awarded the Certificate of Merit of NaftaGaz.

He professionally carries out the transportation of massive cargo - industrial equipment and prefabricated structures. Thanks to his life and work experience, he enjoys a well-deserved reputation among colleagues. Last year, he was awarded the Certificate of Merit of the General Director of Naftagaz-Service.

Andrey Aleksandrovich knows that the uninterrupted functioning of the entire drilling rig (a complex mechanism, where it is important to monitor and timely carry out maintenance of the main components and assemblies of the equipment) depends on his high-quality work.
