In accordance with Art. 9 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" hereby, I, the subject of personal data, express my consent to the processing in JSC Naftagaz (hereinafter - the Company) of my following personal data specified in this questionnaire (hereinafter - Questionnaire), filled out by me on the website of JSC "Naftagaz".
Methods of processing personal data: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (update, change); extraction; usage; transmission (distribution, provision, access); depersonalization; blocking; deletion; destruction.
Purposes of personal data processing: implementation of the rights and legitimate interests of the Company or third parties, achievement of socially significant goals (clause 7, part 1 of article 6 of the Federal Law "On personal data"), assistance in employment.
I also agree to transfer all my personal data specified in the questionnaire to subsidiaries and dependent companies of JSC Naftagaz.
