NaftaGaz Service Division Recognized as “Attractive Employer 2023”

Naftagaz-Service LLC was awarded the title of “Attractive Employer 2023” based on the results of a large-scale survey conducted by Superjob.ru portal based on the opinions expressed by job applicants.

The “Attractive Employer” title is a high assessment of the professional work of HR specialists and HR services of companies that have managed to earn the trust of job applicants.

The assessment criteria include the following:

·         The payment offered in vacancies should be not lower than the average market level for the city.

·         The company's cooperation with the Superjob.ru portal in the period from October 1, 2022 to October 1, 2023 should be at least 6 months.

·         Absence of complaints from job seekers about employer’s vacancies during the period of their publication on the Superjob.ru portal.

·         Absence of complaints from applicants about the employer's failure to comply with the terms of the employment contract within 6 months after employment.

In Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Naftagaz-Service, the service division of the Naftagaz Group, is one of the largest enterprises providing transport and derrick installation services for the construction of oil and gas wells, including the construction of winter roads.

In September of this year, the NGS
(Naftagaz-Service) put into operation a modern automated complex for the inspection and repair of drilling tools, which makes it possible to maintain a full work cycle. The use of new CNC pipe cutting machines, as well as an expanded range of pipe repair works, including hardbanding and extreme pressure treatment using the phosphating method, can significantly increase the service life of drill pipes after repair. The approximate production rate of the workshop is up to 1800 pipes per month, which allows to cooperate with third-party organizations in addition to covering the company’s own needs for the repair of drilling tools. This is the first complex in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug that provides such services.

Naftagaz-Service has 5 derrick installation teams, cargo transportation equipment (from 20 to 40 tons), truck crane equipment (from 25 to 50), specialized and other equipment (steam plants, cement pumpers, tank trucks, etc.). NGS has a Certificate of Conformity for Quality Management and has a production base of 22,000 m2 in Noyabrsk. The total number of employees is about 600 people (with an increase of 30% over the year).

Naftagaz-Service guarantees its employees the provision at the expense of the company of certified special clothing and footwear, PPE, meals, transportation to and from the place of work, medical examination, and training. In addition, the maximum Northern Allowance is paid, regardless of the length of service in the Russian Utilities System, compensation for the cost of travel on vacation, social and material assistance, and motivational bonuses for the completion of the production cycle ahead of the production program.
