Successful accreditation confirms the professionalism and qualification of the training center, availability of required equipment for training, commitment to advanced training and ensuring the impartial testing of specialists’ knowledge.

NaftaGaz-Razvitie, a licensed Training Center for professional education and advanced training, was opened in September 2021 in Noyabrsk to improve the quality of team education and provide services for specialists of oil and gas companies in the region. Training is conducted offline and online using virtual simulators. This is the first and only training center of this profile in Noyabrsk. Since the center's establishment, it trained about 15 thousand persons under various programs.

The center implements about 95% of mandatory training programs for NaftaGaz employees. The training process uses AMT-231 simulator (modeling the well construction process), and practical trainings take place at the Vetlan height work polygon equipped with a VR-simulator and virtual classroom, drilling equipment polygon, as well as protective and winter driving polygon.

In 2022, NaftaGaz-Razvitie Training Center successfully passed certification as an official provider of Gazprom Neft PJSC within the framework of the pilot project Partner Training Center and was authorized to conduct training under the programs of Immersion in Safety, Levels 1 and 2 and Safety Framework Barriers.
