NaftaGaz indroduces Digital-Instructors

Five people of NaftaGaz Safety Department were trained and certified as DIGITAL-INSTRUCTORS. This on-line course was launched by Gazprom neft Corporate University under the on-line training program of corporate trainers.
The training purpose is to assist contractors in training employees that can arrange efficient on-line training programs in different fields.

The number of employees of the independent oil service company NaftaGaz is 1,700 people. The Company’s principal production site is based in Noyabrsk (YaNAA), where NaftaGaz has an in-house school for drilling foremen, supervisors, and drillers to train personnel and develop talents, and in-house HSE training is organized based on OLIMPOX software.

Islam Nazaraliev, Company’s CEO, noted, “NaftaGaz top priority is ensuring safety and health of our employees. Safety Department staff has been increased to 45 people in the last year, this is the largest Company’s division by staff. We have recently implemented the Integrated Occupational Safety Management System that enables us create safe work conditions in all production process stages and therefore run the business processes in a more effective way”.
