NaftaGaz discussed safety level improving of transport services with contractors

This representative event was held on the basis of drillers in Noyabrsk. Oil service company NaftaGaz has invited transport services contractors to discuss questions and issues in an open dialogue. Meeting participants could ask their questions to Islam Nazaraliyev CEO, Serik Mazhkenov Deputy Director for IS and LP and Vyacheslav Mamayev Managing Director of Naftogaz-Drilling LLC, as well as representatives of profile services of Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz JSC. 20 transportation contractors have received irrefragable answers to all their questions. Also they got acquainted with the plan of NaftaGaz’s concerning of wells construction in 2018 and the expected equipment needs. These data will allow all parties to dispense the amount of services correctly.

Representatives of NaftaGaz explained in detail the previously repeatedly brought requirements for contractors.  Among them: the presence of adequate transport contract and competent staff, observing safety requirements and active participation in HSE programs of customers and also immediate informing project managers about detected hazards.
Following the meeting several important decisions were taken, which directed to improve the effectiveness of interaction. Will be analyzed the possibility of NaftaGaz's employees transportation to the fields by passing transport of contractors. An offer  for simplification the process of registration one-time races transport to the fields  has been prepared for customers in order to delivery and removal equipment. The process of timely training of all contractors drivers to protective programs and winter driving is taken under control. Also, the contractors got the task to work with drivers to prevent traffic violations. Penalties from customers should stimulate strict rules observance.

The meeting participants considered the event to be useful and agreed to hold such meetings on a regular basis. As a result there should be forming of long-term partnership between all involved parties and improving the safety culture of contractors.
