NaftaGaz-Development training center meets the standards of PAO Gazprom Neft

The NaftaGaz training center NG-Development successfully completed the audit within the framework of pre-certification in the training programs in the field of drilling of oil and gas wells. The audit was carried out by the specialists of the Center of Production Competence Development Oil Service Solutions (PAO Gazprom neft). During the inspection, the experts evaluated the material and technical basis of the center, checked the equipment of the training classrooms, familiarized themselves with the AMT-231MINI drilling simulator for practicing round trip operations, conducted an in-house audit of the training programs, lectures, and presentations for the training course of drilling rig operator and drilling assistant for operation and exploratory wells drilling, visited the laboratory, and held discussions with the instructors regarding the qualification requirements.

The audit showed that the programs and capabilities of the NaftaGaz-Development Training Center fully comply with the standards of PAO Gazprom Neft according to the respective fields of training. Based on the resources available, the Center will continue to participate in the procurement procedures of Gazprom Neft and its partners. The representatives of the Oil Service Solutions Company particularly highlighted the success of the training center in the field of distance learning and proposed developing a program for training instructors in the discipline "Supervisor in Capital Workover".

The certified Training Center in Professional Education and Advanced Training NaftaGaz-Development opened in September 2021 in Noyabrsk in order to improve the staff education quality and provide services to the specialists of the petroleum companies of the region. The training is performed by the qualified instructors and trainers in the conventional and online mode. Within the training process the АМТ-231 simulator (imitating the process of wells construction) is used, as well as Automated Knowledge Control System “Development”, designed for training of the “Well Control” course from the Petroleum Cluster Association, practical training is performed on the Vetlan training ground for works at height jointly with the VR-simulator and virtual classroom, training ground for drilling equipment, and training ground for protected and winter-time driving.

The NaftaGaz-Development Training Center is certified as an official provider of PAO Gazprom Neft within the framework of the pilot project "UTC Partners" and has received approval to conduct training programs: "Immersion in Safety Level 1 and Level 2" and "Barriers of the Safety Framework””. These programs enable the training of the personnel, working at the production sites of Gazprom Neft.

In 2024 the Center obtained certification from the Petroleum Cluster Association. This certification allows the Training Center to conduct training of the international programs in Oil, Gas, and Water shows "Well Control. Well Management in Gas, Oil, and Water Shows during Drilling and Well Reconstruction", "Well Control. Well Management in Gas, Oil, and Water Shows during Current and Capital Workover of Oil and Gas Wells", and "Well Control. Well Management in Gas, Oil, and Water Shows during Repair of Oil and Gas Wells using Flexible Coiled Tubing (CT)”.
