The Naftagaz company announced the results of the annual "Best in Profession" competition, held at the Vyngapurovskoye field cluster pad. The event, traditionally organized before the Oil and Gas Industry Workers’ Day, took on a special symbolic significance this year, coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the city of Noyabrsk. The competition brought together the best fitters, assistant drillers, electric fitters, drillers, and foremen representing the key projects of the company.

The opening ceremony was conducted by the Managing Director of NG-Bureniye, Alexander Melnik. In his greeting speech, he emphasized the strategic importance of the event for developing the corporate spirit and strengthening professional standards:
"The best representatives of the drilling team have gathered here – those, who demonstrate the highest level of skill and dedication every day. The competition brings us closer, develops a unified team spirit, and gives us the opportunity to be one of the leading drilling companies in the country."

The professional jury, consisting of 17 specialists from NG-Bureniye, evaluated the contestants according to the strict criteria in theoretical knowledge and practical skills in performance of standard operations, industrial safety rules, and first aid procedures.

The participants demonstrated exceptional determination and professionalism. A notable example was the team led by the foreman Evgeny Stukalov, who arrived to the competition after a 16-hour shift but, despite the fatigue, demonstrated high readiness for the competition. During the breaks between the competition stages, the contestants actively exchanged experience and working methods, highlighting the event's value as a platform for an informal professional dialogue.
