NaftaGaz: Taking Care of Employees Is the Key to the Company's Success on the Market

The complexity of such projects also determines the growth of requirements for the professional development of employees. That is why the licensed training center “Naftagaz-Development” began its work in the autumn of this year. It has already trained and retrained 1200 people.
