NaftaGaz took part in the annual charity event "Get a Child Ready for School" in Noyabrsk (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District), where two production units of the company, NG-Drilling LLC and NG-Service LLC, are located. Children from low-income families of 1- 5 grades, received 80 school kits with the most necessary stationery for each student.
According to Noyabrsk Social Protection Department, about 200 children have received support. Together with NaftaGaz the event was supported by employees of the city administration, deputies and Gazprom Dobycha Noyabrsk LLC.
The Department noted that this “helped children from low-income families to prepare for the new school year, to create a festive mood and to support their desire to study”.
The charity event "Get a Child Ready for School" is a volunteer all-Russian event to help families with children in difficult financial situations.
