NaftaGaz has started drilling operations for affiliate enterprises of Rosneft. This is a major landmark in the development of the company which has started to differentiate its customer portfolio. Contracts with oil producing enterprises are concluded for 3 years.
The first project on cooperation with the largest Russian oil company was drilling of wells at the North-Kharampur oilfield for RN-Purneftegaz LLC and the North-Khokhyakov oilfield for JSC Varyeganneftegaz. Drilling rigs BU-4000 and BU-3000 respectively were used. Both rigs were equipped with triplex drill pumps with variable speed drives, imported top power drive and the state-of-the-art 4-stage mud cleaning system.
One well at the North-Kharampur oilfield and a conductor hole (0-60 m) at the North-Khokhyakov oilfield have already been drilled.
