NaftaGaz has drilled one million meters for Gazproneft-Khantos LLC facilities

NaftaGaz specialists have penetrated one million meters at the facilities of Gazpromneft-Khantos in the Southern area of Priobskoye Field, which is the key asset of Gazprom Neft. 239 wells have been completed to date during the period of cooperation between the two companies. 203 of them are horizontal (85% of the total) and 36 are directional.

During the contract implementation NaftaGaz and Gazpromneft-Khantos experts have achieved a technology record - they have built a 5472 meters deep high-tech horizontal well. Drilling difficulty index (DDI) was 6.67. This is one of the highest rates for similar projects in Western Siberia. NaftaGaz experts together with the Client's engineers have developed a new well process design for its implementation. This solution allows drilling efficiency improvement for wells with horizontal wellbore length above 2000 meters by additional 5–8%.

Basing on the operation results in 2018 and 2019, NaftaGaz tool pushers received certificates and testimonials from the Client for safe operation culture promotion.
This intermediate result of cooperation between the two companies has became the topic of a business meeting between Sergey Fedorov, CEO of Gazpromneft-Khantos , and Islam Nazaraliev, CEO of NaftaGaz.

At the meeting, Islam Nazaraliev emphasized the importance of Gazpromneft-Khantos for NaftaGaz: “We appreciate the confidence of our Client and intend to continue provision of high-quality services for oil well drilling and construction in accordance with our business principles - reliability, efficiency and professionalism”.
