Yet another achievement of Naftagaz-Drilling company drillers is that the team working on Gazpromneft-Khantos project was recognized as the best in 2018. The winners were awarded with a letter of appreciation and material incentives for achievements in construction of high-tech horizontal wells with multistage hydraulic fracturing, for commitment to attaining the goals set and adherence to industrial safety culture.
NaftaGaz employs true professionals of their craft, hence the consistently high number of awards from customers and top industrial safety rankings. In order to develop its own staff’s potential and train them in the latest practices, NaftaGaz opened a School of Drilling Foremen, Supervisors and Drillers last year.
In its pursuit of industrial success, the team tries to never lose sight of health, safety and environment issues. Thus, the 4th quarter of 2018 was yet another period in which “zero” accident targets were achieved. The team is truly the best one in HSE issues among other teams working on Gazpromneft-Khantos projects. NaftaGaz is consistently moving towards the common goal of the customer and drilling contractor – “Zero injuries, emergencies and traffic accidents” on all projects.
