NaftaGaz develops its program for high-level supervisory control of contractors

NaftaGaz Company actively implements the program of high-level supervisory control initiated by JSC Gazpromneft. Its main objective is systematic cooperation with contractors in promotion of customer's standards and initiatives aimed to improve safety culture and increase efficiency of cooperation. It shall be achieved with the help of supervisors from among top management of the enterprise assigned to contracting organizations. Principal instruments are periodic audit and feedback by its results.

In order to explain goals and objectives of the high-level supervisory control, an extended meeting housed by NaftaGaz-Drilling LLC was held in Noyabrsk (YNAD) on August 10, 2017. The meeting was attended by the NaftaGaz supervisor from JSC Gazpromneft Nemat Ismailov, acting Deputy CEO for Drilling Operations of JSC Gazpromneft-NNG Pavel Yakimchuk, Deputy Director General of the Branch Gazpromneft-Muravlenko Artur Galiakberov, Deputy Director General of JSC NaftaGaz Serik Mazhkenov, managing Director of Naftagaz-Drilling LLC Mushfig Bayramov and heads of contracting organizations.

During the meeting, the participants were informed about principles of organizing and exercising the high-level supervisory control. Attendees discussed expectations related to increase of the contractor’s efficiency in projects, building of long-term partner relations, implementation of contract management system, increase of the safety culture and contractors rating in the field of industrial safety, labor and environmental protection.

Within the framework of this program, supervisors from among the management of Naftagaz-Drilling LLC were assigned to the key contracting organizations. Program of the supervisors training was outlined and regularity of meetings with contracting organizations was determined.

NaftaGaz believes that this approach ensures successful implementation of the united labor force principle. Within the framework of this principle all project participants regardless of their actual employer should meet unified requirements and be subject to unified approaches.
